Professor Tendai Gadzikwa

Professor Tendai Gadzikwa received her Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Macalester College (St. Paul, MN) in 2003, before pursuing her graduate studies in MOF chemistry jointly advised by Profs Joe Hupp and SonBinh Nguyen at Northwestern University (Evanston, IL). After earning her PhD in Chemistry in 2009, she received a Schlumberger Faculty for the Future Postdoctoral Fellowship, which she undertook under the supervision of Prof Joost Reek in the Homogeneous Catalysis group at the Universiteit van Amsterdam. She began her independent career at the University of Zimbabwe in 2012 where she was awarded tenure and promoted to Senior Lecturer, before taking a visiting researcher position at the University of Alberta under the mentorship of Prof Juli Gibbs in 2015. In 2016 she began her Assistant Professorship at in the Department of Chemistry at Kansas State University.
