Frazier is a theoretical nuclear physicist and holds a doctorate from Michigan State University. In her role with the NNSA, she manages projects to ensure a safe, secure, and effective nuclear weapons stockpile for the U.S. She has worked as a faculty member at various universities and as a member of staff for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Science. At the Department of Energy, she co-founded Professional Opportunities for Women at Energy Realized (POWER) Employee Resource Group, which advocates for increased diversity and inclusion. Frazier has received multiple awards including the DOD Joint Civilian Service Commendation Award, and the award for Distinguished Service to the National Nuclear Security Administration.
