Mark Richards

Richards was born in Nottingham to Jamaican parents of the Windrush generation. He is a Senior Teaching Fellow and Director of Outreach in the Faculty of Natural Sciences at Imperial College. Richards completed his PhD in Physics at Imperial College where he also later worked as a postdoctoral fellow. He co-founded Duvas Technologies, a spin-out company at Imperial for real-time pollution mapping using wireless sensing networks.
